Gregory USA Mercury 600 1965-66

The Gregory Mercury 600 is a compact American tube amplifier. These amplifiers were produced for a short time from 1965 to 1966. It is a simple, low-wattage tube amplifier with an original 5-inch / 8-ohm Alnico speaker. The speaker is small, but the cabinet is surprisingly spacious. The controls are kept simple, with only volume and tone.

The amplifier was recently inspected and serviced. The old electrolytic capacitors were replaced, the potentiometers were cleaned, and a grounded power cord was installed. The interior was also cleaned. The amplifier is working properly.

A fun and affordable piece of ’60s American history. Ideal for home use, recording, or for fans of vintage USA-made tube amps.

The amplifier operates on 110 volts, so a transformer is required for use in Europe. A transformer is not included.
