We ship worldwide

The Guitar Company ships many instruments from our collection to customers all over the world. We take the shipping process very seriously. You can always email for a quote.

Packaging

Every item that leaves The Guitar Company is professionally packed and insured for the purchase price. The invoice is also included in the box. We ship guitars, amplifiers, etc. every week, so we will do everything we can to ensure that your items arrive in one piece.

Delivery time

We aim to ship your package within 1 to 2 working days. If there has been a delay in any way, we will of course inform you within 24 hours.

Netherlands > 1 -3 business days
Europe > 3-5 business days
International > 10 -30 business days

Track and trace code

With all our sent packages you will receive a track and trace code, so that you can easily and quickly track the package.

Shipments outside the EU

Customs costs are often charged for shipments outside the EU. These costs will fall on you, the customer, and not on The Guitar Company.

Retourneren bij zending

The Guitar Company has a legal return policy of 14 days. This means that, from the invoice date, you have 14 days to request a return. The legal right of return only applies to purchases made online. In-store purchases are not covered.

There is no legal reflection period for it:

- Store purchases.
- Customized or on-demand products, or personalized products (in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Civil Code).

Return step-by-step plan;

1. First check that your return meets the conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product must be undamaged, complete and unused (other than necessary to evaluate the product).

2. Send an email to info@theguitarcompany.nl and indicate which product and why you want to return it.

3. Pack the item carefully and make sure the invoice is included.

4. Write the return address on the package:

5. Frank the package and take it to the carrier of your choice. The costs of the return shipment are for your own account. Make sure you have a tracking code when you return an item. Without a tracking code, the full responsibility lies with the customer. If your package is lost, we cannot credit your return.

The customer is responsible for any damages or defects that occur during transportation to us. Therefore, please ensure proper packaging and shipping with insurance.

6. Once we have received and verified your return, we will refund the purchase price to your bank account within 14 days. If the returned product does not meet the conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a depreciation.
