  • Email address

We process the following personal data from you when you purchase a guitar from us:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Delivery address
  • Telephone number
  • Payment details.

Depending on whether you buy the guitar from us in store or online, we do not need all the information from you.

We do not process special personal data.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

- Sending our newsletter and/or advertising flyer;
- Sending messages when you are a looking for a specific guitar;
- Closing a purchase agreement.

We do not use your data for purposes other than those stated above.

We do not store your data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods:

When you have signed up for the newsletter: until you indicate that you no longer wish to receive the newsletter.

When you have asked us to look for a specific guitar: until you indicate that you are no longer looking for it, or one month after a specific guitar has been found and this has been communicated to you.

When you have bought a guitar from us: seven years due to the legal retention period.

After the retention period has expired, we will delete your personal data.
