Fender Jaguar Sunburst 1965 OHSC
€ 0,00
Out of stock
This 1965 Fender Jaguar has racked up quite a bit of mileage, and it shows, but that's exactly what gives it character.
The body is alder and still has its original 3-tone Sunburst finish, although some overspray can be seen here and there. The finish is not “gerelict,” this is just wear from years of use. Lots of fair wear, especially where your hands and arms touch it. The logo is partially faded, but still original.
The neck has binding and dot inlays, and feels very nice. Has been refreted and therefore plays very well. Neck stamp is 1 SEP 65 B. The frets are in excellent condition. Kluson tuners are repro double-lines.
The volume potentiometer and rhythm switch have been replaced, but the rest of the electronics are original. The bridge is not the original, the tremolo is. The tortoise pickguard and shielding plate are original.
Sounds and plays like you hope for from a good vintage Jaguar, direct, sparkling, with that typical short scale feel. This vintage Jaguar has a life behind it and is all set for many more years of playing pleasure.
Comes with an original case.
