Guild F-20NT Troubadour 1966
€ 1.795,00
This 1966 Guild F-20NT Troubadour is a stunning example of the high-quality acoustic guitars that Guild built in the 1960s in Hoboken, New Jersey. This model is one of the smallest acoustic guitars in Guild’s lineup at the time and has everything you could want in a vintage small-body guitar: a direct response, plenty of character, and a gorgeous “old-timey” tone.
The Guild features a solid spruce top with mahogany sides and back, combined with a mahogany neck and a dark rosewood fingerboard with mother-of-pearl dot inlays. Thanks to its X-bracing, this Troubadour has a beautifully balanced tone with plenty of warmth and definition, making it ideal for folk, country, and blues.
The neck features a comfortable 43 mm nut width and plays exceptionally well. The action is excellent, and the guitar plays effortlessly. It also features open-back strip tuners with cream buttons, a tortoise shell pickguard, and a rosewood bridge.
In short, a particularly charming and superb-sounding vintage Guild with a fantastic, open tone and a ton of character. Comes with a vintage case and the original Guild warranty card.
