€ 1.150,00
Here we have a 1967 National Lexington N644 produced by Valco (Chicago). These models were produced only briefly in 1967 and 1968. The National N644 is considered the top model of the 1960s and is equipped with three excellent sounding pickups.
The alder body has a tobacco sunburst finish and a tortoise pickguard.
The maple neck has a wide C-shape, block inlays and a rosewood fingerboard. The headstock has an italicized National logo and original Double Line Kluson Deluxe tuners that function perfectly.
The electronics consist of three humbuckers, the wiring is original and untouched. The potentiometers date from 1966. Each pickup is individually switchable with three-way tone switches. Three knobs control individual volumes, in addition to a master volume.
The guitar comes in a gig-bag.
