Lyon & Healy Parlor c. 1910s
€ 950,00
Gereserveerd
This circa-1910s Chicago Made Parlor has no label to identify a maker. The body-shape, materials used and internal build style suggest the guitar was built by Lyon & Healy (probably Regal).
This ladder braced parlor has a solid Spruce top and the sides and back are made of solid Mahogany. The body and rosette features pearloid. The neck has a v-shape profile with a nut width of 42mm. The dyed maple fingerboard features luxurious mother-of-pearl inlay. On the bound slotted headstock we find quality “Golden Age Restoration” tuners and a new bone top nut.
Due to its almost 100-year existence, the Parlor has the necessary wear and tear. Some cracks have also been repaired on the guitar in the past, see photos. These cracks are stable and do not affect the structure of the instrument.
Comes with a gig bag.
