Here we have a very cool Gibson EH-100 circa 1939 with a beautiful Script Gibson logo. This vintage lap steel has seen the road!
This 6-string Gibson EH-100 is made out of Maple and is finished in a handsome Tobacco Sunburst. The Rosewood fretboard features mother-of-pearl dot inlays. The backside shows overspray, but no cracks. On the headstock we find the famous Gibson Script logo and upgraded Grover tuners.
The original Blade pickup is changed for an old (8 poles) single coil pickup. Very nice combination! The original bakelite knobs are also changed throughout the years.
Comes with the original Geib case. On the case there’s a label with “Hotel New York Rotterdam”. How cool is that?
