Fender Bass VI 1963
€ 7.495,00
Here we have a rare pre-CBS Fender Bass VI from 1963. An iconic sound, used in countless recordings including the "Batman" theme song.
This Bass VI underwent an early refinish to a Dakota Red finish. A photo of the previous owner shows that this Fender had this finish as early as the early '70s. Very tasteful with the original tortoise pickguard!
The neck, with a Rosewood fingerboard and clay dots, dates from May 6, 1963 and has an A-profile. The headstock features the original single-line Kluson tuners.
Except for the saddles, tremolo arm and refret, this Bass VI is completely original. Inside, the details are also in order. The potentiometers also date from 1963.
The Bass VI is fully tuned and checked by our luthier and comes with a modern case.
