Gretsch 6125 Single Anniversary 1959

This 1959 two-tone Smoke Green Gretsch has a 3-ply maple top with trestle bracing. And is equipped with one "Patent Applied For" Filtertron pickup. In essence, then, the 6125 is very similar to its coveted brother from this era, the 6120.

As you know, binding-rot is a common problem with vintage Gretsch guitars. Fortunately, this Gretsch does not suffer from it! The binding of this Gretsch looks very clean. Only at the neck/body connection the binding started to rot, but this has been treated by a luthier.

The Gretsch was recently professionally tuned and comes with the original Gretsch case. The case is also in clean condition.
