A rare circa 1940s Stadium King 1940s. This guitar was produced by Kay in Chicago. This 17 inch beauty has tons of Mojo and loads of projection!
This 17-inch Chicago Made guitar features a solid Spruce top and curly Laminated Maple back and sides. The Natural finish combined with the tortoise pickguard is a real jewel for this old lady.
The neck has a chunky C profile with Rosewood fingerboard and luxurious mother-of-pearl inlays. On the headstock we find the original tuners and an insanely engraved headplate. In short, a classy guitar!
The guitar has some repaired cracks on the top and backside. Structurally 100%.
Comes without case or gig bag.
