This circa late 1920's parlor is from Chicago. Given the specs, it's probably a Washburn or Regal.
This "Z-shaped" ladder braced guitar has a solid spruce top and the back and sides are made of beautiful solid Brazilian. The mahogany neck has a v-shaped profile and has a nice chunky feel.
This guitar has been fully restored by Roadtoast guitars in America.
