Gibson ES-125CD 1966

Here we have a very neat Gibson ES-125CD 1966 with a beautiful un-faded sunburst finish. Only 238 ES-125CD guitars left the Gibson factory in 1966. This is the very rare and full-sized body version of the ES-125. You can somewhat compare this guitar to the ES-175 from the 1950s.
The ES-125CD is a 16-inch guitar with a bound laminated maple body. The mahogany neck has a medium profile with a rosewood fingerboard and the action of the guitar is low. On the headstock we find the well-known silkscreened "Gibson logo" and tuning stable double-line Kluson tuners. The overall condition of the guitar is very good and best of all; original from tuners to tailpiece!
With its two original P-90s, florentine cutaway and full size body, it is the most desirable version of the ES-125 line. If you're looking for a great playing guitar and a perfect future investment, don't pass up on this beauty!
Comes with a non-original vintage case that is a bit too big (probably a Hofner case).
