The Gibson Junior was introduced in 1961 as an entry-level model. But nowadays the SG Junior is known as a real Rock'n'Roll workhorse!
This Gibson SG Junior is in a very nice condition. According to the serial number, the guitar was made in late 1967. But the potentiometers date from early 1969. This kind of thing happened more often at Gibson.
With its deep, warm and above all clear tone, this is a beautiful example of a sixties SG Junior. The guitar has a lovely chunky neck and no breaks or hidden repairs.
