Guild F-20SB 1965

This vintage Guild F-20 has a solid spruce "X-braced" top and solid mahogany back and sides. The body is bound with a tortoise binding and the beautiful sunburst is accentuated with a tortoise pickguard.

Of course the guitar has some signs of wear, but what do you want after 55 years? For example, there was once a repair / overspray on the side + a piece of the top, see photos. According to a luthier's opinion, this is a stable repair. Furthermore, a small crack has been professionally repaired near the pickguard, near the high E string. As with many old acoustic guitars, this F-20 also has a light "belly".

In short, this F-20 is not a museum piece, but it is an amazing player! The guitar plays and sounds as you would expect from a vintage Guild.
