Here we have a special guitar; the Martin F-65 1962. Martin produced only 566 F-65s between (late) 1961 and 1965. This is therefore an early copy and is in top condition!
This very unusual Martin has a 16-inch (triple binding on the top and single binding on the back) maple body. The one-piece mahogany neck (nut width of 1 11/16) has a medium profile and a rosewood fingerboard.
On the headstock we find the famous gold Martin decal and the original Single Line Kluson tuners with oval metal buttons.
The Martin is equipped with two DeArmond pickups. One of the previous owners made a custom bridge for the guitar, see photos. This works great on the guitar, but the original bridge is of course also present.
