Here we have an Old Kraftsman guitar from the 1960s. This thinline hollowbody was built by the Kay Music Company of Chicago and sold through the Spiegel catalog.
This vintage guitar has a laminated maple body with a beautiful tobacco sunburst finish. The maple neck has a C-shape profile and the bound rosewood fingerboard features oversized mother of pearl dot inlays.
The Old Kraftsman guitar is equipped with the classic "DeArmond Speed Demon" pickups. On the headstock we find a decorative screen-printed Old Kraftsman logo and the original Kluson single-line tuners. These tuners were also used on Gibson guitars.
There is a small repair on the left wing of the headstock. This does not cause any structural problems and is purely cosmetic.
This "poor man's Gibson ES-125T" comes with a vintage case.
