This vintage Gibson BR-4 amplifier from 1946/7 simply exudes Art Deco. The trim on this vintage Gibson BR-4 consists of two shades, brown and creamy white. The original grillcloth has a "swirly-pattern," and in the center of the amp are two wooden protective strips reminiscent of pre-war consolero gear.
The Gibson amplifier is equipped with the original 12″ Operadio Field Coil speaker. In terms of sound, this amplifier shares many similarities with its iconic predecessor, the EH-150. An excellent all-around amplifier, perfectly suited for recording studios. This amplifier has been maintained, fully operational and delivers fantastic sound.
