The body of the Carey Apprentice is a Junior-style single cutaway crafted from lightweight obeche. The aged nitro finish in the fresh Frozen Berry color makes the guitar visually appealing and functional. The Carey has a single Cream T Apprentice 59 P90 pickup that provides a powerful and bright sound.
The neck is made of roasted maple and has a fairly substantial “C” profile. The hardware is also aged to match the look and the headstock is finished with a PJD logo applied in gold.
The PJD Carey Apprentice comes without a case or gig bag.
