A 1974 Fender Telecaster in original Blonde finish. Prices of '70s Tele's are rising fast, so grab your chance while they are still affordable.
This vintage Telecaster has an Ash body with a handsome Poly Blonde finish. The Maple neck features dot inlays and has a D profile. On the headstock, we find 6 original Fender "F" tuners and one of the string-trees is missing.
The electronics are original and untouched. The potentiometers date the Telecaster to the 49th week of 1973, but we relied on the serial number on the neck plate (1974). As you know, you can date the neck by the second-to-last digit stamped on the neck. In this case (XXXX XX14) this would be 1971, however, it has been known to happen that the last two digits were reversed. Everything on the neck indicates 1974, such as the string trees and plate gasket. The pickguard has been replaced.
Comes with a non-original case.
