Gibson L-4N 1951

A Gibson L-4N non cutaway from 1951 in a beautiful Natural finish. The Natural models were produced in smaller quantities at the time. This makes the Naturals a lot scarcer and more expensive than, for example, a Sunburst version.
This beautiful 16” archtop has a solid spruce top and maple back and sides. The Gibson obviously has some signs of wear, but this instrument has been well cared for over the years. This way the guitar has no cracks or other hidden repairs.
The chunky mahogany neck features a truss rod and a rosewood fretboard with parallelogram inlays. Apart from the bridge and one of the tuners, the Gibson is completely original.
The Gibson can be played amplified via an endpin jack. For example, the L-4N is equipped with an expensive (floating) DeArmond Rhythm Chief from the 1960s. Nowadays more and more difficult to find. A very tasteful and functional upgrade if you ask us! If desired, the DeArmond can be disassembled without leaving traces. The original endpin is present for this.
The Gibson comes with a non-original vintage case.
