Guild A-50 1961
Out of stock
This 1961 Guild A-50 was made in Hoboken, America. The Guild A-50 is quite rare as the electric version, the Guild X-50, sold more at the time.
The thinline body is made of laminated maple, finished with a sunburst finish. On the headstock we find the beautiful Guild script logo. Over the years, the original tuners have been replaced by vintage Kluson tuners.
The sound of the Guild is remarkably loud and resonant. A sound that is very reminiscent of, for example, a vintage Gibson L-50. Furthermore, the playability is very pleasant. If you want to amplify the guitar in the future, this can be done, for example, by means of a floating pickup.
The Guild comes with a beaten vintage Epiphone case with 'embossed' Epiphone logo.
