Unfortunately, no marking or serial number of the manufacturer can be found. But we dare to say with certainty that this is a Supertone 5-string from around 1915. These instruments were made by Lange (Chicago) for Sears.
The Supertone has a beautiful celluloid "tree of life" motif on the fretboard. The fingerboard is probably made of dyed pear wood (typical for that time).
This banjo requires a complete set-up and is sold "as-is".
