Fender Telecaster Blonde 1970
€ 4.495,00
A 1970 Fender Telecaster. This Telecaster came from an owner who bought it used in Rotterdam in 1974. He played the Telecaster quite extensively until about 1980 and then kept it mainly as a showpiece in his living room.
The body shows slight signs of wear, consistent with its age. Other than that, this vintage Telecaster has no structural damage, overspray, or additional routings. Weighing just 3,514 grams, it’s also a nice, lightweight Telecaster from this era.
The maple neck features a rosewood fretboard with dot inlays. The neck has its original frets, which show normal wear, and was stamped in November 1970. The headstock is fitted with the six original Fender F-style tuning machines.
Equipped with the original pickups, this Telecaster delivers that characteristic Fender twang. The potentiometers date from the 49th week of 1965. This is not unusual, as Fender purchased large quantities of potentiometers during this period and used this stock well into the early ’70s. The hardware is original, with the exception of the three mounting screws for the bridge pickup.
In short: a beautiful, authentic vintage Fender Telecaster! Comes with a new case.
